  • By booking or using our services, clients agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed only upon full payment.
  • Booking fees are non‑refundable under any circumstances.
  • Payments must be made through approved channels (cash, online transfer, or digital wallets).

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.
  • Clients may reschedule once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No‑shows will be treated as cancellations and are non‑refundable.
  • MK Health & Home Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to staff unavailability or emergencies.

4. Service Delivery

  • Services are provided by trained and certified staff under strict hygiene and safety standards.
  • MK Health & Home Care is not liable for outcomes beyond reasonable professional control (e.g., pre‑existing health conditions).
  • Clients must disclose relevant medical history before availing services.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

  • MK Health & Home Care is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
  • All therapies and treatments are intended for wellness and relaxation, not as substitutes for medical treatment.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for service delivery.
  • MK Health & Home Care does not share personal data with third parties without consent.
