3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.
- Clients may reschedule once, provided notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
- No‑shows will be treated as cancellations and are non‑refundable.
- MK Health & Home Care reserves the right to reschedule services due to staff unavailability or emergencies.
4. Service Delivery
- Services are provided by trained and certified staff under strict hygiene and safety standards.
- MK Health & Home Care is not liable for outcomes beyond reasonable professional control (e.g., pre‑existing health conditions).
- Clients must disclose relevant medical history before availing services.
5. Liability & Disclaimer
- MK Health & Home Care is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- All therapies and treatments are intended for wellness and relaxation, not as substitutes for medical treatment.
